Responsibilities

• Seek contacts from external sources: companies, organizations, schools, government, etc.
• Solicit sponsorships, guest speakers, company appearances, and any other opportunities that are beneficial to our student body
• Attend and help with IEEE events when needed
• Make flyers, brochures, and publications to help advertise and market IEEE’s events to students, companies, and university departments.

Responsibilities

• See events through from inception to completion
• Do the hands-on work that make events happen: book locations, coordinate food, set up tables and chairs, layout, schedules, etc.
• Advertise events through flyers, brochures, letters, and classroom announcements
