Professional Committee

We as engineers know the difficult path that we must take to achieve the status "Engineer". From designing circuits, to fluid dynamics, to analyzing big O's, the knowledge that we acquire is astounding by any means. As we go through school some may lose track of the other skills needed to sell our ideals or to be socially literate when we graduate from college, therefore UCSD IEEE has created a committee to work on just those skills.

Our Goals

Overcoming your fear of public speaking to give the perfect speech
Communicate with anyone on the corporate hierarchy
Give you, personally, a pathway to network with corporate sponsors
Allow you to develop the ability to close a deal where both parties win

All of the tasks that are listed here are catered to developing our goals.

We would love to have you apart of our team. If you are intrested in joining please send me an e-mail and I will get you up to speed on what projects are going on within the committee.

UCSD IEEE encourages that all its members fabricate and spearhead their own events. It not on teaches the member the inner workings of the club it also promotes a sense of unity within the club.
